Return & Exchange Promise
WE PROMISE to be your trusted partner for technology by delivering the advice, service and convenience you deserve – all at competitive prices. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair. You can return or exchange almost everything within 15 days for a full refund. Simply contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with a proof-of-purchase, and we will process your return or exchange.
Return by mail
You can return online purchases from the Presence store through the mail. To return an online purchase by mail:
- Email our staff at email@example.com with the reason for return, and obtain the return shipping address information.
- Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
- Include the packing slip and a return label.
(If you don't have all the original packaging and accessories, that's okay. We can process a return with a small deduction on your refund for what's missing.)
- Send your return to the address provided by People Power Presence support.
For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS or insured USPS. People Power does not accept international return and exchange shipments.
We will attempt to reimburse you in a way that is reliable and convenient. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item. If you paid more than $800 in cash or more than $250 by check or by a debit card without a major credit card logo, we will refund you within 10 business days.
Returning defective products
If a Presence-branded device is found to be defective, we will allow you to exchange your defective Presence-branded sensor for another product on our store of the same price up to 12 months after purchase. Any tampering, misuse, modification, or negligence in handling or use of product renders the warranty void.
We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees to exchange defective products.
For products that are not branded Presence, our support team can help you get in touch with the manufacturer of those products to discuss returns and replacements.
If you live outside the United States, please remember to comply with all U.S. Export Administration Regulations and control laws, and know that return shipments to People Power need to occur within the U.S.
